Most HR teams in travel are already using AI. Far fewer would say they are getting real value from it. Our member survey pointed at why, and it was not the technology, it was more confidence, capability and understanding.
Together with uptakeAI, we are creating an AI learning programme for our members, and this webinar on Monday 5th October 13:30-15:00 is where it starts. It is a taster session, designed to build trust and open our eyes to what is genuinely possible. uptakeAI is an organisational psychology practice working on the human side of AI adoption, and they will share what they are seeing in HR and people teams, brought into a travel context and framed around the value AI delivers.
