Sharon serves on the Executive Leadership Team at dnata Travel Group UK as HR Director – People & Culture, leading an enterprise-wide people and internal communications strategy.  She is an accomplished Executive People & Culture leader with 30 years’ experience in aviation and travel, combining her expertise with broader business experience from earlier roles outside HR, and brings additional experience from the construction and infrastructure sectors.

She has delivered award-winning learning and talent initiatives, embedding measurable DE&I outcomes, guiding Boards on workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness, and inclusive cultures.
