To join the HR in Travel community you should:
 


Be passionate about HR! 

 

We’re open to in-house HR generalists or specialists working in a specific function such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Pay & Benefits, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or any other people-related field.

Work in the travel industry 

 

Your primary work or a significant part of your role should be related to the travel industry, including but not limited to: Travel companies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, etc.), Travel technology companies, Travel-related startups, Leisure and tourist boards.

Be committed to respectful interactions

 

You should be willing to engage with other members in a respectful and professional manner, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.​​
