Membership Eligibility

To join our HR in Travel community, you should:

 

  • Be passionate about HR! You could be a HR generalist or specialist in a specific function such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Pay & Benefits, Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or any other people-related field.                      

  • Work in the travel industry: Your primary work or a significant part of your role should be related to the travel industry, including but not limited to:

    • Travel companies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, etc.)

    • Travel technology companies

    • Travel-related startups

    • Leisure and tourist boards

  • Be committed to respectful interactions: You should be willing to engage with other members in a respectful and professional manner, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

 

We unfortunately cannot accept suppliers selling into HR into our membership but do contact us to double check your eligibility! And watch this space, as we develop a trusted preferred supplier programme.

  2. Keep it confidential: What happens in our community, stays in our community. Respect other members' trust and confidentiality.

  3. Stay on topic: Keep discussions relevant to HR in the travel industry.

  4. No self-promotion: Refrain from excessive self-promotion or spamming. We're here to share knowledge, not to advertise!

  5. Be inclusive: Encourage diverse perspectives and opinions. We're committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for everyone.

  6. Be law-abiding: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and anti-discrimination laws.

 

 

What we encourage:

  2. Knowledge sharing: Share relevant articles, resources, and best practices.

  3. Support and mentorship: Offer guidance and support to fellow members and be open to receiving it in return.
